Enclosed please find your 2024 property tax bill payable in 2025.
2024 TAX COLLECTIONS:
• If mailing in your taxes, mail payment to: Village of Clyman, Treasurer, PO Box 129 Clyman WI, 53016. Payments can also be put in the drop box outside of the office. If you would like a paid receipt, please include a self-addressed stamped envelope.
• The 2024 tax bills are also on the Dodge County Website (Land Information Search Tool). So, anyone wanting a copy of their bill can simply go to the county website and print one.
• Refunds will be mailed after the next Village Board meeting following payment.
• If you want to be credited for payment in 2024, your tax payment must be postmarked no later than December 31, 2024.
• If you pay in January, your tax payment must be postmarked no later than January 31, 2025, for the first installment or full payment. If not, it will be considered delinquent.
• SECOND INSTALLMENT – is payable to Dodge County Treasurer, 127 Oak Street Juneau, WI 53039. This must be postmarked by July 31, 2024, for timely payment.
Normal Village Hall hours are Monday through Thursday 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., the office is always closed on Fridays. The Hall will also be closed on the following dates through the Holidays:

VEHICLES - No parking of any type of motor vehicle or trailers shall be allowed on any street in the Village of Clyman between the hours of 3:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m., from November 15 through April 15. If your vehicle is parked on the street during snow removal, you will be subject to fines. LANDLORDS, please notify your tenants of this.
SNOW AND ICE - Sidewalks must be cleared of snow and/or ice within 24 hours. If they are not cleared, the Village will have them cleared and the expense will be placed on the next tax bill as a special assessment.
It is unlawful to shovel or blow snow onto the roadways. This cannot only be dangerous, but it causes the snow to be plowed back into your driveway or that of your neighbor.
UTILITIES REMINDERS – Late fees will be applied to your account if not paid by the due date shown on your utility bill. We need to update our records and ask that you contact the Village to update your phone number. You can call 920-696-3444 or email the Village Clerk at conniek@voclyman.com with your current phone number.
Please do not flush anything but toilet paper down your toilets, other products including so-called flushable wipes, do not break down and will clog the sewer pipes and could cause sewer to back up into your basement.
DOG & CAT LICENSING – The Village of Clyman requires dogs and cats to be licensed. Anyone not licensing their animal(s) will be subject to fines. Licenses are due by April 1, 2025. A late fee of $5.00 is imposed for those licensing after April 1, 2025.
License Fees: Spayed/Neutered $5.00/dog & or cat.
Not Spayed/Not Neutered $10.00/dog & or cat.
You must provide proof that your animal is up to date on its rabies vaccination. Licenses will be available starting at the time you pay your taxes. LANDLORDS, please notify your tenants of the licensing requirements.
CAUCUS – The Village Caucus will be held in January of 2025. Positions up for election are those currently held by Village President Todd Grady, and Village Trustees Amanda Swanson and Jonathon Plasky. If you are interested in serving on the Village Board in one of these positions, please attend the Village Caucus or have someone submit your name as an interested candidate.
MONTHLY MEETINGS - The regular monthly meetings of the Village Board are normally held on the fourth Monday of the month at 6:00 p.m. The meetings are open to the public and the Board encourages residents to attend.
