NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT

PLEASE TAKE NOTICEthat pursuant to Title 13, Chapter 1, Article D, sec 13-1-65 of the Village Ordinances of the Village of Clyman, the Village Board is providing notice that Seneca Foods Corporation has filed an application for a conditional use permit for a proposed building addition to their facility located at 640 Caughlin Road on Tax Parcel 111-1015-2814-006.

A complete application can be seen in the Clerk’s Office at 713 Morgan Street, Clyman, WI from 8:00 AM until 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday.

A hearing on said application shall take place on April 9, 2012, at 6:00 PM in the Village Hall of the Village of Clyman.
