  4. Report, update and possible action on Wastewater Treatment Facility and Sewer Rehab Work
    1. Discussion and possible action on pay requests.
  5. Report by John Andres of Baker,Tilly on Village and Utility Financial Statement Audits
  6. Discussion on letters received from USDA and PSC requesting Village consider raising utility rates
  7. Discussion and possible action on Trick or Treat date and hours
  8. Fire Department /Emergency Medical Responder Report by Chief Howlett
  9. Police Report by Chief Kramer
  10. Discussion and possible action on joining with the Village of Clyman to become self-providers for the Statewide Voter Registration System (SVRS) pursuant to a request by the Dodge County Clerk.
    1. Consideration and action on Resolution support agreements between Village and the Government Accountability Board Regarding Use of the SVRS
  11. Discussion and possible action on delinquent utility bills
  12. Discussion and possible action on water meter update
  13. Discussion and possible action on time change for meetings from 6:30 to 6:00 PM

    2. Reconvene into open session for announcement of decision
