NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given by the Plan Commission of the Village of Clyman, Wisconsin, that a public hearing will be held on the 19^thday of March, 2019 at the Clyman Village Hall, 713 Morgan St, Clyman, Wisconsin at 6:00 P.M. to consider and make possible recommendations on 1) language recommended by the Village Board of Trustees to amend Village of Clyman Code 440-18 (c) (4) to allow conditional use of dwelling units on the ground floor of properties in the Business District, and 2) Mike Siegel’s 2/12/2019 application for a Conditional Use Permit to put apartments on the first floor level of  the building at 942 Main St, Clyman Wisconsin, that  currently is zoned “Business District.”  A map may be obtained from the Village Clerk.

All interested residents are invited to attend and be heard if they have any questions.
