5. Annual Report by Fire Chief
6. Discussion and possible action on written contract with representation and board voting rights based on the equalized value being served between the Town and Village entities for the Clyman Fire/EMS Dept.
7. Discussion and possible action on modifying agreement between the Town and Village as to ownership and associated costs of the department.
8. Discussion and possible action on EMS Coverage
9. Discussion and possible action on Fire Department 2017 proposed budget
10. Adjournment.
